Stichman Towers

Stichman Towers is a 11-story high-rise building which includes 82, one-bedroom apartments for 55+ households. This building was built in the 1960’s and was renovated in 2023. It is in the heart of beautiful downtown Glens Falls, which is walking distance to restaurants as well as public transportation. The building is equipped with a community room which includes a kitchen in it. It also has laundry on site, and all utilities are included living in Stichman Towers. Several ADA compliant units throughout the building.

Application for Stichman Towers

Individuals wishing to apply for housing at any of the Glens Falls JV Redevelopment, Senior High-Rise buildings are required to complete an application, placing them on the buildings wait list. Applications will be accepted during business hours at the Glens Falls Housing Authority office, via fax, mail, or electronic means.

Age requirements for the Glens Falls JV Redevelopment Senior buildings are 55 years of age or older.
