Cronin High Rise

Cronin High Rise is a 9-story high rise building which includes 101, one-bedroom apartments for 55+ households. It was built in the 1960’s and was completely renovated in 2023. Cronin High Rise is in the heart of beautiful downtown Glens Falls, which is walking distance to restaurants, and just steps to public transportation. In addition, the building amenities include a community room with a kitchen, and a laundry room on site. Several ADA compliant units throughout the building.

Application for Cronin High Rise

Individuals wishing to apply for housing at any of the Glens Falls JV Redevelopment, Senior High-Rise buildings are required to complete an application, placing them on the buildings wait list. Applications will be accepted during business hours at the Glens Falls Housing Authority office, via fax, mail, or electronic means.

Age requirements for the Glens Falls JV Redevelopment Senior buildings are 55 years of age or older.
