Larose Garden Apartments

Larose Garden Apartments is a new apartment community that consists of 2 buildings which are each 3 stories high. It includes a total of 54 units, with 8 Project Based Voucher Units, and 46 NYS Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Units. It is in Glens Falls and is walking distance to main shopping centers as well as restaurants and public transportation. It has a clubhouse on the property, which includes a fitness center inside as well as a gathering area. Just outside of the clubhouse is a playground and patios that have grills. Each building equipped with laundry and media rooms.

*Please note that 25 Larose is now a Tax Credit property. Rental amounts for 46 of the units are based on the average median income limits and are NOT HUD subsidized, tenants are required to pay the entire rental amount.*

The remaining 8 units at 25 Larose are project-based units that are subsidized by HUD. Individuals can apply for this wait list ONLY when the Glens Falls Housing Authority’s Section 8 Choice Voucher wait list is open. The opening will be advertised in the legal section of The Post Star, Chronicle, and any other publications deemed necessary.

Application for Larose Garden Apartments

Individuals wishing to apply for housing at our 25 Larose Complex are required to complete an application, placing them on the buildings wait list. Applications will be accepted during business hours at the Glens Falls Housing Authority office, via fax, or electronic means.
