About Us

Director’s Message

Welcome to the Glens Falls Housing Authority!

It is truly an honor to serve this community and to lead an organization that has played such a meaningful role in providing stable, affordable housing for so many years. Our mission is rooted in supporting residents, maintaining safe and welcoming homes, and strengthening the neighborhoods we are proud to be part of.

Today, the Housing Authority manages a range of housing options designed to meet the diverse needs of our region. Our senior high-rise communities in Glens Falls and Hudson Falls offer comfortable, one-bedroom apartments with convenient access to city services, transportation, and local amenities helping residents stay connected. We also provide family housing through 25 Larose Apartments, where one-, two-, and three bedroom units offer a dependable and affordable place for families to grow and thrive.

In addition to our housing communities, we administer vital programs such as the Housing Choice Voucher Program and First-Time Homeownership assistance. These programs extend our reach beyond our buildings, supporting hundreds of households each year across Warren County and surrounding areas as they work toward Iong-term stability and independence.

Our work is made possible by a dedicated team of professionals whose experience and genuine care for residents shape the quality of our services every day. I am proud to work alongside them.

As we look ahead, we remain focused on maintaining our high property management standards, strengthening and expanding the services we provide to the individuals and families who call our community’s home.

Thank you for visiting our website. Whether you are seeking housing, exploring our programs, or looking for support, we are here to help. We look forward to continuing to serve you with dedication, integrity, and care.

Sincerely,

Stephanie Nasr
Executive Director
