Earl Towers

Earl Towers is a 10-story high rise building which consists of 76, one-bedroom apartments for 55+ households. It was built in the 1980’s and was completely renovated in 2023. It is in the heart of Hudson Falls and is close to the main shopping centers and restaurants. Amenities include a community room with a kitchen, as well as a laundry room on site. Several ADA compliant units throughout the building.

Application for Earl Towers

Individuals wishing to apply for housing at any of the Glens Falls JV Redevelopment, Senior High-Rise buildings are required to complete an application, placing them on the buildings wait list. Applications will be accepted during business hours at the Glens Falls Housing Authority office, via fax, mail, or electronic means.

Age requirements for the Glens Falls JV Redevelopment Senior buildings are 55 years of age or older.
